Okay, so UTAUs aren't that hard to explain if you know what Vocaloid is/are. Vocaloid are computer software known for singing, and are more popular in Japan, although there are some English ones scattered around the US and other countries. UTAUs are "voice synthesizing software", and they are basically fanmade vocaloids.
I have a family of sorts, they're their own series, called "Jukeloids". Jukeloids by design were originally supposed to be only good for dancing to music, and literally be walking talking iPods that were given voices later. All current UTAUs voicebanks are by me.
Their tumblr page can be found here.

This video is of Marley Mojine's cover of Sadistic Music Factory. She was the first one UTAU designed, that has quite an interesting backstory. Her UTAU wiki page and voicebank download is here. Her mirror image is currently under redesign in preparation for his voicebank distribution, so the next time there is an update to this page there should be more things about him, as well as an UTAU wiki page for him and some videos featuring his bank.
The other current UTAU voicebank for download is Amai Kishimune. Her wiki page is here. Below is her debut cover.
Kaeru Kerone is the androgynous one of the bunch, and her wiki on the UTAU site is here. Her download can be found there. Below is one of her covers.
Last, but certainly not least, there's Maverick Mojine. He's the mirror image to Marley Mojine, and his wiki is here, and the DL is on the page. Below is his official Bank release video.
